This book is fixed from the address bar; you cannot change it on this form.

courage_dev

Interior pages use positive numbers (1, 2, …). Front cover is stored as 0 and back cover as -1; you can omit this for covers and those values are applied on save.

You’re editing an existing page. The URL page number is 1.
Only used for Chapter pages. This value is used for the printed page-numbering layout at the bottom of the page.
Controls layout and book section. Front/back cover may still use the Chapter field for image style locks. To attach a chapter on interior pages, choose Chapter page; plain Front matter does not keep a chapter unless you pick one (it becomes a chapter page on save).
Activates the classic front-cover layout: badge at the top left, optional full-bleed background art, and a two-line bottom title (child name, then “Chooses Courage”) on a light panel.

Title group
Body text
Placement depends on image direction and position: landscape/top → below title group; landscape/bottom → below image; portrait/poright → body on left; portrait/left → body on right.

Only used by the 'Text / image / text' template.

Image group
Required when using image. Max 2000 characters.
Gender-specific overrides (Boy / Girl)

Boy/Girl prompt lines are appended after the default prompt (not a replacement). Use the single Use Child Face checkbox above for all genders; customer boy/girl only changes which extra prompt lines are included. Image Generation Policy is added separately in the compiled OpenAI prompt.

Scene-specific AI rendering policy. Supports {text:...} tags. Use this for protagonist role, same-gender child rules, reflections, rear-view notes, and secondary character identity rules.
Reference image (optional) Upload one extra reference image for this page’s Image group. It will be sent to OpenAI together with the chapter reference images.
Generate & upload Use Child Face — check to generate with an uploaded child face photo as a reference (re-generated each time for a specific child). Leave unchecked to generate a fixed image from the prompt alone.

Upload Image — skip AI generation and use your own image directly (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP).
Generated image preview

Click Render preview to see this image in the page layout.

Re-render preview after changing image size or caption to update layout geometry.
